"Sandy", Our May Chef of the Month

Sandy said it was easy....but it was sooooooo good that was hard to believe. But, she was right! For a tasty, zesty dip that you'll just love, try this one!

Sandy's Special Corned Beef Dip

1 lb. Budding Corned Beef (or 6- 2.5 oz packages)
1 lb. Swiss Cheese (shredded)
1 16 oz jar saurkrut (drained)
1/3 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream (or a little more)

Directions:
Put in small crockpot and head for about 2 hours before serving.
Serve with cocktail break or crackers.

That's ALL there is to it!
