lb. Budding Corned Beef (or 6- 2.5 oz packages) 1 lb. Swiss Cheese (shredded) 1 16 oz jar saurkrut (drained) 1/3 cup Hellman's mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream (or a little more)
Directions:
Put in small crockpot and head for about 2 hours before serving.
Serve with cocktail break or crackers.
