Some like it HOT! Case in point...... our January Chef of the Month, Pat (aka "Flame"). We have unsubstantiated reports that he uses smoke signals for a cell phone and a First Alert for an alarm clock. He makes a mean chili, though. Mmmmm, tasty. Try this chili at your own risk..... and better have plenty of COLD beer available! Some like it hot. How do YOU like it?

Pat's Chili

2 lbs. cooked beef (pot roast) 2 cans chili beans 2 cans stewed tomatoes 1 jar salsa 4 jalepenos - chopped 4 banana peppers - chopped 1 onion - chopped pinch of brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on high 2-4 hrs, or on low 6 hours.
