Hello and welcome aboard, Carly! Don't be shy with us, honey, we're all up-front about what's going on in our lives and very generous with TLC. So, Rox tells us you need a big dose of it--spill it, Girl Friend, what's up? Stef, trust me, you get to a point in your life where "comfortable" is awfully nice to wake up to--especially if you've been blessed to have it for 40 years! Wish that all of us could complain about that! The romantic part of me thinks you should go for the passion you seem to be missing with Mark--everyone should experience that kind of bliss at least once in their lives. But the older and wiser part of me worries that you and Mark may not be "all stupid in love" with each other, but--and no offense here--stupid not to realize you've got a good thing with Mark. Don't you realize how rare that is these days? Hey, Keely, when I was in college my sweetheart and I used to "go exploring" up in his attic a lot, if you catch my drift ;-) Is that part of your construction blueprint? Re Christmas gifts: Personally, I love "pampering" gifts like special bath oils and body lotions, wonderfully scented candles for the house, and delicious treats like sinfully rich hot cocoa mixes. But probably my #1 gift on my Christmas wish list would be to spend the holidays with both my kids. Rav |
